Google Alerts don’t seem to be working as well as they used to, but it’s still a useful way to get instant notification of new mentions and links. BuzzStream. Buzzstream. Buzzstream is an outreach tool that allows you to find and manage contacts. You can setup Google Alerts for mentions of your company name and receive a notification when Google finds mentions matching your search. As you can see, social media outreach can be fairly time consuming.
