Instead of having him re-brand the whole site or add a summary in the sidebar like a lot of people, we made a simple tweak. Finally, feedburner fluctuates like crazy on a daily basis. That’s it.

I remember the days when traffic from the service would only have a 30% bounce rate, and while it’s around 80% now, a percentage of visitors still leave comments and sign-up to your RSS feed which is what most people want them to do.
