But little by little Twitter and Facebook have taken over the reader duties for me. Today, we are hearing reports that Facebook is going to launch a reader application, and my first thought was, I hope this won’t change Facebook’s current update feeds. Earlier this month, rumours about Facebook’s possible Google Reader replacement erupted when mentions of RSS feeds appeared in Facebook’s code. Facebook would not confirm the reports at the time.
