The ability to easily curate content using the browser bookmarklet. Scheduling of posts in advance is a breeze , even if you have multiple people working together as a team. There’s several components of Argyle Social that work well for me. I can find an interesting blog post, and send it out in about 3 seconds.

Team Collaboration. HootSuite just announced team collaboration capabilities so that multiple members can manage a single Twitter accounts when needed via HootSuite.
