I scan 275 RSS feeds in Google Reader and I use dozens of bookmarklets and shortcuts to help me manage it all. Note that the Google Toolbar automatically inserts the source URL. I usually keep Gmail open in a tab in my browser. So, as long as you have Gmail open, Twitter will IM you the latest news when it hits. We are now developing an open source "business application platform" (think salesforce.com). Micro Persuasion.

Actually two tools: a button you can add to your own site to find the “tweetable” sentences on any page of copy, and a bookmarklet you can use to find tweetable copy on any web page you visit. An open source Buffer app providing the ability to stock up tweets, choose a schedule, and have them shared automatically through the day.
