Using descriptive folder names such as jobs, events, and dates, you can then move incoming messages that include specific keywords in the subject or body to your chosen folder. This GMail bookmarklet enables you to click the button in your browser whenever you want to send a message. The purpose of a folder is to store messages.

I scan 275 RSS feeds in Google Reader and I use dozens of bookmarklets and shortcuts to help me manage it all. With "toread", a bookmarklet is added to the bookmarks toolbar and when you want to save the page, just click on the bookmarklet. Click on the bookmarklet: A copy of the HTML is sent to the readers account.

I use a combination of tools to schedule my updates and they almost all have a browser bookmarklet so as I surf I can add items to the scheduling tools on the fly. I also use Hootsuite which is good for scheduling a series of tweets for when you may be traveling or getting close to an event you want people to know about.
