Add subscription will take any a keyword, feed name, feed URL or web page URL and attempt to parse it to find the feed you want. And finally, if you put in a site URL or feed URL, it will add the correct feed for you.

I scan 275 RSS feeds in Google Reader and I use dozens of bookmarklets and shortcuts to help me manage it all. Note that the Google Toolbar automatically inserts the source URL. Alternatively just leave a comment on one of the pins requesting that someone invite you. Share your content with a new community. You can simply set up profiles on each of them and usually include a URL (+1 for link-building!), of the URLs mentioned above. Make sure to include your logo, URL, description etc.

Initially I was only following about 10-20 people that I had already known from other sites but by tracking comments and digging through my friend’s followers, I built up a decent list of people to follow on Twitter.
