One of the easiest ways would be to grab the Twitter Photoshop Template and customize it. Dra Studios has another Twitter Template that has more of the ‘cool’ look. Twitterbacks is a site with a few Twitter background templates you can use as well as a complete Flickr gallery of Twitter profiles.

I always think it’s better to have an out-of-the-box template that is clean vs. a “unique” design that is out of date, cluttered, or otherwise distracting from the main feature of the blog – the content. These are typically bad news unless you’re talking about a blogroll link with a highly relevant blog.

I personally like to buy templates from the likes of Theme Forest and customise them heavily (like I did with ViperChill). Taking Part in Link Exchanges – If you want to add sites to your blogroll or resources page then add them, but don’t just do it because people are linking to you. Is there any benefit to doing so?
