I know with Bitly you can easily track how many clicks a URL received by adding a + to the end of it, but this seems a little odd to me. There’s no obvious search function and you have to wait for some Ajax-spinning wheel every time you click on a category. This dip doesn’t just show in SEMRush, but in Quantcast as well.
