Personally, I do leverage tools like Paper.li, but as an aggregation tool, not for the purpose of filler tweets.

Social technologies make syndication and aggregation simple. Selective Tweets or only posting certain tweets to FB via Tweetdeck etc is a great way to integrate but not alienate. Those have not been developed or adopted by the FB community. I agree these types of people should be told they are ridiculous or unfriended.
