Previously, I had mentioned that Facebook removed the schedule posts feature when they rolled out the Facebook Creative Studio and their Publishing platform to everyone.
Well, today at least on my Android, while using the Facebook Business Manager app, the ability to schedule posts is back.
This quick video tutorial will show you how to schedule Facebook posts on your Facebook Business Page from your Android mobile device.

Good morning. This is Romona coming to you from Social Media How To’s with Romona! Today, I’m coming to you because I’m very excited. Facebook had taken away the scheduling option from my Facebook Business Page and I know randomly, everyone’s Facebook Business Page has different things on it at different times. But, I had the scheduling feature for years and then when Facebook came out with the Creator Studio, it disappeared from my Facebook Business Page.
Also, I just want to tell you that I am showing you this on an Android phone. I’m actually on my Google Pixel. So, if you have an iPhone it may look different.
Okay, so first thing I want to say is if you’re watching this on Facebook, be sure to go ahead and like my page. Secondly, if you are watching this on YouTube, be sure to subscribe to my channel and click on the bell so that you receive notifications every time that I put out a new video tutorial.
So let’s get started.
I wanted to quickly show you this. [While on your Facebook Business Page,] I am going to first click on a post.
Romona Foster (01:25):
I have already copied my texts. So I’m going to go ahead and paste what I want to put into the post. Go ahead and click on the image icon. It looks like the mountains at the bottom right of your screen. I’ll click on that and then I click [on] Photo/Video.
I’m going to upload my photo that goes with this post. You’ll want to click done and then I’m going to click on next at the top of the screen in the upper right-hand corner. Then you will see a prompt that says, how do you want to publish this? It says Post. Now, go ahead and click on Post Now and you’ll get a prompt that says Schedule or Save Draft.
I’m going to click on schedule and I want it to go out today at noon. So, I’m going to change the time to 12:00 PM and I’m going to click okay.
Romona Foster (02:24):
It’s going to bring me to a screen that says Set Date. I want to go ahead and click Set Date. And then, it is going to ask, it says, how do you want to publish? It says this will be published today at 12 noon. So you’ve set it, go ahead and click schedule and boom! It says your media will be uploaded. Check okay.
So now, at 12 noon today, my post will go out.
