That was a question posed during a Humanize webinar Maddie and I gave last week about the book. Why did we use the not-so-commonly-known word, “generative” in describing one of our human elements. After all, people have a pretty quick feel for what we mean by open, trustworthy, and courageous, but not so much with generative. So why generative? This is not a made up word.
