Facebook remains cheap, while Apple did its spending on Quattro Wireless and Siri early in the year, at prices less than a billion bucks. At the end of each year, it has been something of a tradition to make wild predictions that few others are making, and then mock myself for those I got wrong. This year should be no different. At the end of 2009, I made concrete predictions for the world of tech , which assumed a strong IPO market, increased acquisitions and some specifics from the big players, including Apple and Google. As usual, I got some right, and others wrong. Not even close.

[Wireless] The Me, Myself and I Challenge
While I’ve morphed my style to my ego, err to the medium, I’ve learned to write in many styles over my professional career. I’ve published poetry, wrote over 500 news articles and columns in the wireless industry, have written two professional books, have written research reports pretty frequently, so many sales proposals, and yes, I am also a complete failure at novels (but I got some roadkill if you want to see them).
