Wikipedia – There are few websites that can boast of the popularity and success of Wikipedia, but boy is it ugly. Twitter – Not much to it, right? It’s got a lot going on, but it isn’t particularly attractive. Alltop – Guy Kawasaki’s newsstand. The Web is full of ugly but successful websites.

Recently – like, within the last month – they’ve expanded how to measure influence to include Wikipedia entries, LinkedIn titles, and +K. I like the addition of Wikipedia and +K to the mix, but Klout currently only monitors 11 networks. Another change they’ve made is the addition of something called Moments.

You can read about it in this Wikipedia entry. In fact, some of your favorite television shows probably also have multiplayer video games and maybe use Twitter to post tweets and persona comments from their characters. Use Twitter and Facebook in a similar fashion but create different posts. But it should be.

Other social media sites scored on customer satisfaction including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. YouTube scored a 73 and Wikipedia got a 78. Google+ users, on the other hand, score the highest on the Happy User Scale with a customer satisfaction score of 78 out of 100. Facebook scored a 61. Even Yahoo!
