I use Hootsuite as my primary dashboard but it will be interesting to see what happens now that Twitter purchased Tweetdeck. Are there specific Twitter tools you recommend someone use, whether desktop or mobile? There are tons of useful apps out there. For people just starting out, I recommend looking into Twellow.
