According to Jeremy Williams , social media director for the Indiana Office of Tourism Development (and my boss when I do travel writing for IOTD), blog posts with photos get more traffic than blog posts without. Put these on YouTube and/or Vimeo, embed them in your blog posts, and share them on your social networks as well.
