Have we lost civility in social media? Yes we have

We use #fail and worst case study ever in our messaging. Doing it on Facebook and Twitter doesn’t make it right. Instead of looking for ways to advance our profession, we spend time with passive-aggressive posts and finger pointing at companies who do social media wrong. Passive aggressive is a waste of time.
