I wondered, might it be possible that the DMV has an account on Twitter? Much to my surprise, I was easily able to locate the DMV’s Twitter account. I’ve had questions answered and general assistance given directly through Twitter. Twitter is best used when we are engaged with our audience. What a huge missed opportunity!

We talked about our kids, observations about life and social media. Twitter, at that time (about two years ago), was a much more intimate place.
