If you don’t know what Rapportive is, I’ll tell you here: Rapportive was (past tense) an excellent plugin that worked with Gmail and Chrome or Firefox to learn all social media associations with an email address. It was an internal social CRM of sorts. Business Social Media' Pretty sweet, right?
