[SMS] Freemium Revenues: Social Media Business Podcast
The other freemium services I spoke about on the podcast are Skype : free calls on mobile and on computer – but pay for voicemail and SMS. We look at Freemium revenue in social networks and online communities including asking that: if freemium is the business model of giving it all (or most) of the services away for free , how can you then charge for it? And what is free stuff anyway – marketing? advertising? mugs game?  If you offer some services at a paid-for premium, which ones should you choose to monetize? or subscribe via RSS (video) or RSS (audio). Too weird.

Wow, what a day it was! total of 271 bloggers descended on Melbourne from around Australia (as well as a couple from overseas). Attendees were a real mix of people, with around a third flying in from interstate. Otherwise, I think this approach worked well. Dani Mezza (Great Video).

Productivity and time management go hand in hand. While you cannot buy time, you sure can buy tools to better manage it and use it in the most productive manner. The fact that technology has bombarded us with countless tools for managing our work life makes it easy for us to improve our productivity levels, especially when everyone is running short on time.
