Start with your own analytics platform(s) and see what kind of insights you can gain about where your customers are coming from and what they are looking at on your site. and determine what blogs they read, social networks they use, forums or wikis they use, etc. Check out Forums, wikis, groups, blogs, etc. when possible.

In other words, they aggregated all of the question and answer sites’ content into one large database. It appears that Ask.com is also using content from other sites for this question and answer database. Ask.com’s question and answer database not only contains answers from Q & A sites like Yahoo! Tweet This!

[Ignore the ranks ] Next Steps I would propose creating a Wiki of active & influential Indians in Social media. This wiki will also categorize the names according to how they’re using social media. I think it would be great if we get this over on one wiki. Any collaborators?) What am I missing?
