  2. I’m working on ‘monitoring’ right now, so would be very interested in comparing notes. One key for me is the balance between ‘mechanical’ [for reach and numbers] and ‘smart human’ monitoring for incisive targeting, intuition, serendipity, exploration etc… but at a price.

  4. Both would be great. ‘How to’ might help negate the ‘dealing with negative criticism’ to some degree, so maybe the ‘how to’ first. Thanks Laurel, very clear and I can relate to it.
