While your subscriber count or twitter following is not the be all end all, if you have a decent following you should let your audience know. At the top I just use the official Twitter and Facebook buttons to avoid to much clutter. Share this on Reddit. The reality is those are the channels that are most important.

Don’t just stop with Twitter or Facebook. Linked In Groups are a great way to drive additional traffic, and don’t forget secondary channels like Reddit , Digg and Stumbleupon. If you begin to build a nice following on Twitter or with your RSS subscribers, let your readers know. Share Share Share!
