Nearly two years ago, Google changed their algorithm (and called it Hummingbird ) to accommodate the way people search the web—by featuring content that answers questions. When you do a Google search, how often are you asking a question? Rather, Google autofills some of the most popular questions of the day. The five people they quoted were all found through a Twitter search.

What should Twitter do? Still, after their quarterly earnings call this week , we see a very different Twitter than one we have known to date. With that, Twitter has tried. Whether it's Twitter's announcement of NFL streaming or the need to push the growth of their Periscope acquisition , every pundit feels that the future of Twitter is video. So, everyone wants to know if Twitter has what it takes to evolve, to improve their product and grow (like Facebook is doing). Twitter was about mobile and simple text. I get that this move is a defensive one (don't let Twitter, Google or someone else get them). just more questions. twitter. We're all experts.
