You can choose and customize between different layouts can be incorporated with other Google services like Feedburner, Picasa etc. It’s free and easy.

My initial, abbreviated take is that Google’s new social toy is essentially a Facebook Twitter hybrid with outstanding ease-of-use and eye-popping potential. I think it is a good idea and already I feel that discussion on blogs, twitter, etc. I imagine writing blog posts in Wave in future (via a wordpress robot) and maybe having comments on the posts come back in (via a disqus robot). I am a user of Google Voice, Apps for business, chrome, android, picasa, maps. I could go on.
