Recently I was sitting in a meeting when my phone lit up with a new incoming notification. Not wanting to be distracted, I closed the notification without unlocking my phone. I had not even engaged with the notification but in those few seconds I became distracted and had to ask for the update to be repeated.

This reduces the number of steps required to post a response to Facebook once an email notification was received. Prior to this upgrade you would receive the notification, click the link in the body of email, log in to Facebook, and then leave a comment. Much simpler, if you ask me.
