Nielsen – this is one of the most well known, and trusted names in customer data analytics. Nielsen has several tools that its customers can use to find out what is happening with their brands within the social media realm. Pretty good setup for those that are somewhat hesitant to take a chance on a social media monitoring site.

To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). I'm currently using SM2 for most of my clients, and like how easy it is to use. On your chart, you show that SM2 can get down to the state level on the geographic filter. I do have a question for you though.
