Create newsletter only content just for subscribers (makes the newsletter more worthwhile for them). Bloggers (especially newer bloggers) are tend to add way too many widgets and sections on their sidebar, and instead of making their site better, they end up making it far worse ! audio on SoundCloud (or by starting a podcast ).
