Advertisers using Twitter’s MoPub mobile ad exchange can now customize their software-development kits to account for only the ad formats they wish to use.

Elena Elfimova, who works on exchange product marketing for Twitter, announced in a blog post Thursday that Twitter introduced a modular SDK for iOS and Android applications, allowing publishers to focus on only their desired ad formats and minimizing the space used by the SDK, pointing out that apps on both platforms have size limits of 100 megabytes.
