LinkedIn Unveils New Features to Increases Transparency Between Companies & Users

LinkedIn has been making changes over the past few of months by revamping their company pages and improving mobile, content types and insights. In January, the platform added new features that aim to increase transparency between companies and the users. With new employee insight dashboards, users would be able to see new data. Facebook Continues to Push Stories with Added Features and Updates

Stories had quite the year in 2018 and the tool’s popularity is predicted to keep growing. It’s hard to compete with Instagram Stories, but that hasn’t stopped Facebook. The social media platform released a new feature for business profiles. The tool adds the ability to include call-to-actions buttons, like “shop now” and “call now,” on their stories. The platform also tested a feature that allowed users to share events through Stories. Similar to how it works on the newsfeed, users have the option to add the event to their story. If you haven’t tried integrating stories into your brand’s content, we suggest giving them a try.

We’ll see how this one goes, but it seems to me that this update won’t be used very often for brands.
