Electronics marketplace Retrevo this week released a new study suggesting that mobile shoppers have doubled since February. While this isn’t a surprising trend, the fact that mobile commerce is growing so quickly is somewhat surprising. 16% Said they’re comfortable making purchase from their mobile phones now.

Key early themes for me (from the first third of the deck): Decline of desktop: The number of desktop PCs shipped continues to decline, while mobile is accelerating. The trend is away from platforms like Facebook, which have become mass communication vehicles, and towards smaller 1:1 interactions.
