  1. Some people I know are against the usage of emojis, cos they don’t look formal or inappropriate for business social media. However, I say yes to emojis! Whenever we use emojis in some of our social media posts, we feel closer and more personal to our target audience.

  2. Live streaming is all about connecting and interacting with your audience in real time. It breaks down barriers and creates a connection that transcends traditional marketing limitations. With Facbook Live, there are not edits, cuts or captions — itโ€™s just a video thatโ€™s happening at that exact moment.

  3. Really enjoyed this post, Peg! Especially the bullets under the heading “How to add value with Facebook Live video.” Have tried to convince a business friend of mine of these points. He’s doing FB Live but not the things you mention here and he’s not seeing results. Sending him a link to your post here.

Visuals and video are crucial to boosting your social audience and adding value. You’re convincing me to step up my involvement with Facebook and Pinterest too.

Thanks again for a super helpful article!

  4. It’s Control, COMMAND (not option), Space Bar for the emoji board. But didn’t know there was a shortcut at all. Thanks!

  5. Worth reading post I noticed that many fellow bloggers don’t agree with emoji point but what I think is that we at least give it a try who knows what work best for them as we all do different experiments to get better results through social media what works for me is not works same for other.

This post will definitely pop up more ways to add value in my social media marketing efforts thanks Peg Fitzpatrick.
