Stop randomly sending LinkedIn requests without context to everyone LinkedIn thinks you should meet. LinkedIn is WRONG. But seriously, how many of these people do you have floating around in your LinkedIn connections? But LinkedIn is really reserved for professional connections. It’s almost just too awesome.

And just as hiring someone on a Klout or Kred score is laziness, so is assuming that your only influencial fans are on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Regardless of the fact that I think that Kred is an improvement over Klout, can we please agree that hiring someone (or not) based on a single number is nothing short of laziness?
