People are jumping on Meerkat , a relatively new app that allows us to live stream video directly to Twitter through the app. If you’re streaming a Meerkat video it’s pushed to your followers on Meerkat in real time and viewable on Twitter in real time. Not bad for a couple of minutes of raw video shot in a moving car!

She’s got an iPhone and checks in on FourSuare, Gowalla, MyTown and Yelp at every coffee shop. We’d spend the next hour or two with our phones turned off, and every time a social network or an iPhone app was mentioned the offender took a shot of Tequila (I don’t recommend this). So we decided on a little experiment.

It seems an intern had the JPR iPhone app on a trip to Romania and played the station for her friends. and also the video “Shirtless Dancing Guy from my presentation, which I really do think demonstrates the goal of a good social media campaign.
