Maybe Radian6 , SM2 , Trackur or one of these social media listening tools I mention when I give talks on social media. Find influencers. Notice that when you look at a larger data set the influencers will be different. Different networks will likely have different influencers. Find a way to engage them. Say thank you.

Scout Labs , Attensity or SM2 with the eager and genuine intent to start listening for their product or brand. These people may be “influencers&# or they may just be opinionated. For those that do see the value there’s still a problem, and that’s HOW to listen. If they don’t do it, then dive in and work it out.
