57% Would Not Give Up Social Media On Vacation In Exchange For A 25% Hotel Discount – man not sure how to say it, but the 57% from this survey are idiots. Spurs (which they lost) – Nothing says we’re gonna win like handing out white towels before a do or die game. Vacation is me time so social takes a siesta along with me.

He simply tweeted using the hotel’s handle about it’s spa and the hotel responded to see if it could make reservations for him. Later in his trip he tweeted about the beautiful bathroom and the hotel sent up a bottle of bath salt to fully enjoy the bathtub experience.

One is for work in the hotel and the other is for taking notes or tooling around the web while in the convention center (plus it will help me save battery on my phone). Work stuff – my work laptop is pretty cumbersome, but will still need to check in during the conference. So I’ll bring my lighter netbook and iPad mini.
