I use Google Chrome for somethings but you can’t beat FireFox’s massive line up of plug-ins. Work2 has each of my google accounts loaded to a tab, Google Reader, and Business Exchange open. Hop in to FaceBook and LinkedIn for a quick look and check my Twitter and Google Alerts in Google Reader.

Easy, do a Google Search. More importantly do a Google Search for yourself. I ran a google search for my name and my blog is #10 on the first page. Google also gives a little more weight to bolded and H2, H3, etc tags. Google will only crawl about 1,000 words and then it will stop reading. How do I know this?

Ari, did you try it in Google docs? I use it as well, but since you thought of this after I did mine I haven't tried it, though knowing it's search doesn't do that I'll have to monkey around with it next time I try. I just thought of that. Playing with that. The problem is some lists have descriptions which causes havoc.

If you don’t have them already, setup a Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools accounts. This is also when you would want to setup Google Docs or Gmail for your new domain if you were using it with your previous blog. After that it’s all settings, plugins, themes, and widgets. Do this right away.
