In terms of showing friends' opinions first, and all opinions second, I believe that's the future of everything – social graph portability. Although ironically, I wouldn't exactly hold up Facebook, Twitter, Google, eBay, or YouTube as fantastic customer service examples either. That is troubling. No thanks.
