There’s a reason why Twitter is killing Facebook in CTR rates. Marketers are realizing that Twitter is a consumption vehicle for content and thus they are catching on in continuing to push out content- but they realize they must disguise the content in a way that is appealing and doesn’t seem hook ladened.

Check out these quotes from the post: There was no validation that what I did was comment-worthy, no “cute” notations on Yelps, no retweets of my witty Twitter updates. Blogs were and still are great because not only did it provide a forum and platform for self expression but it also provided instant feedback. All forms of validation.

When I participated in this innovative Twitter project by Toby Bloomberg is an incredibly smart marketer out of Atlanta, I had no idea she would make it into an ebook, but it’s a great read and was a great idea! This has some potential now that Ning has constructed pay walls; Add a forum or social network to your blog with BlogFrog.
