I recently participate in an Twitter chat where the conversation turned to whether or not it’s a good idea to automate social media activities. Do you automate your social media activities? Personally, I do leverage tools like Paper.li, but as an aggregation tool, not for the purpose of filler tweets.

3)Download Tweetdeck or sign up for a HootSuite account – Nobody really tweets from Twitter.com. Tools like HootSuite and TweetDeck make Twitter much easier to use and manage. TweetDeck has it’s benefits too, so try one and if you don’t like it, try the other. Your employees are probably tweeting.
