Did the question of “ROI&# ever come up when you were discussing the strategy with the client? ROI is the #1 question and CRT/tanaka was very particular about setting the right expectations from social media [during this ] year-1 engagement. None of them were asked to do any product endorsements. If so, how did you address it?

Online activity v. offline balance I alluded to this earlier, and I think this is still one of the main concerns for anyone embarking on social media. Will it be a time suck?
