Since reading The Motorcycle Diaries at University in my late teens I had thought about travelling South America and learning Spanish. You travelled for a number of years before launching your own blog. For the first six years of non-stop travel, I had been moving to new countries and challenged myself to learn their languages quickly.

My blog is the almost the same as yours in age, it has 2x the number of visitors here but I’ve only got around 400+ RSS subscribers. Is the value of a blog reader worth more than an RSS reader?
