Here’s some different ways of looking at it: The care and feeding of followers and fans. I mean if you have 10,000 followers or fans, but 1/2 of them are bots or people who haven’t use the social network in 45 days, is this really something to toot your horn about? Interesting question, isn’t it?

Social Media Complainers – your new BFF's

My favorite tidbit of info: 68% of consumers who posted a complaint or negative review on a social networking or ratings/reviews site got a response. I’ve always advised my clients that its better to have people complain in an open forum where it can be addressed. Of those, 18% turned into loyal customers and bought more.
