Currently I’m doing this on Google+. I see a bright future for the Google. One is Hootsuite for iPad. Plus, the deep integration with existing Google products is very intriguing. I expect Google+ to grow and mature fast as the team is iterating features in a very agile and iterative way.

Get notifications via Gmail Notifier : Google Notifier is a small app that tells me about new incoming email, much like Outlook does with its native app. I know desktop notifications now exist, but I guess the developers of that new feature didn’t realize a better tool that isn’t confined to Chrome has been around for 5 years now.

I still have an RSS feed through Feedburner if that’s your preferred way of receiving content, but RSS feeds are largely ignored these days (even by tech-savvy web users) due to increasing usage of social media and the downfall of services like Google Reader. Based on those numbers, I would have to agree with him.
