It’s funny and somewhat ironic, but if it were not for social media, the perception of Southwest Airlines as the gold standard for airline travel would probably be pretty intact. Should Southwest be the fashion police? 3 recent cases come to mind. At some point, screwing up and then apologizing for it, can get old. Who is right?
