Another tool I found, which I like using is the Facebook Insights that shows when you get unsubscribes as well. A new tool that is pretty cool in that it shows you people who unfriend you on Facebook (only on personal Facebook Pages, no Business Page functionality yet) is Better Facebook: [link] for business FB accounts… Thanks!
