According to their Klout scores, Robert Scoble would be considered more influential than President Obama because Scoble has a higher Klout score than President Obama. So how does Klout explain the disparities of influence?

Moments is something like the Facebook Timeline, but it takes “your most important content” from all of the networks Klout measures and adds it to your profile. I actually rather like this idea.
