Other hosted options include pbWiki , Stikipad (see comments), Wetpaint and Wikia. MediaWiki - the platform that Wikipedia, amongst many other wikis, runs on - is probably the best of the free self-hosted options. People will accidentally delete entire pages of content, for example, and panic about what to do about it.
