Simultaneously use multiple iPhones and Androids to capture photos, videos, and conversations into a group album. So if it’s mobile social photo sharing, then, for instance we could pull the photos of specific events all into one bucket w/o a lot of the fat right? Think fast! Find someone. Take pictures together.

This is where live events, concerts and festivals come in to play. Tell me word of mouth is not big for an event like the Jazz Fest and I’ll see you some fertile Louisiana swamp land. :). Last time I checked musicians are musicians and NOT marketers and certainly not social media marketers. This is where the fans come in to play.

So I had a nearly catastrophic event happen today. Yesterday afternoon, I really wanted to name names and based on a very large group on Twitter, I was given the green light to do it, but that’s not really my style. If it were not for me trusting my gut it would have ended badly. Let me tell the story.

Could you be a credible spokesperson of social media at industry events? Depends on your role but in general, I would say you can count on probably being pulled into more meetings with more groups in which your expertise is required, than you initially thought. Never mind. Shame on me for hiring you if you can’t.
