Selective Tweets or only posting certain tweets to FB via Tweetdeck etc is a great way to integrate but not alienate. Social technologies make syndication and aggregation simple. I agree these types of people should be told they are ridiculous or unfriended. Im sure you wouldnt post a tweet stream or conversation as your status update.

I DO own one for ORM, but I’ve left it as a news feed. I’m assuming that others feel the same way.
